In case of loss or damage to any package without an insurance, the compensation shall be made according to the compensation terms of the shipping service supplier. The free shipping use SF express for domestic customers and EMS small package for international customers.

Please note, the maximum compensation of SF express is￥200 for damage and ￥500 for loss. EMS small package does not supply compensation for damage or loss.

Thus, for high price items, we strongly recommend you to buy an insurance.
